more about me
I’ve been a runner for over three decades, and the sport has shaped so much of who I am. From 10Ks and marathons to ultras—including a 50-miler and several 50Ks—I’ve experienced the highs, lows, and everything in between that comes with endurance running. I know firsthand that running isn’t just about workouts or finish lines; it’s about finding balance, building confidence, and learning what you’re truly capable of.
When I coach, I see each athlete as an individual—with their own goals, challenges, and life outside of running. My approach is holistic and supportive, blending structure with flexibility so training fits into your real life, not the other way around. I believe that progress happens when we honor both the physical and mental sides of the sport—developing strength, resilience, and a sense of joy in the process.
Before I found coaching, I spent over a decade in the restaurant industry. Long shifts, high stakes, and little room for error. That world taught me as much about performing under pressure and managing your head when things get hard as any training block ever has. I loved introducing people to new experiences that changed the way they thought about food and beverage. And that love—of introducing people to live changing situations—is what got me into coaching. Seeing people find and exceed their limits is immensely gratifying.
My goal as your coach is to be your partner in this journey. I’ll create a personalized training plan that evolves with you, check in regularly to make sure you’re supported, and help you navigate everything from nutrition to mindset to race-day strategy. Whether you’re training for your first trail race or aiming for a big PR, I’m here to help you reach that next level—stronger, braver, and more capable with every step.
